At Every Kid Has A Book, we create custom, personalized books tailored specifically to your preferences. Due to the unique nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has started.

Revisions Policy

While refunds are not available, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the final product. As part of this commitment, we offer up to 3 revisions for your custom book, subject to the following conditions:

1. Revision Requests

  • You may request changes to the text, images, or formatting of your book within reason.
  • All revision requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the initial draft or proof of the book.

2. What Can Be Revised

  • Minor text edits (e.g., corrections to names, spelling, or grammar).
  • Small adjustments to the images or layout, as long as they do not fundamentally alter the book’s original design.

3. What Cannot Be Revised

  • Significant changes to the book’s structure, storyline, or theme.
  • Complete redesigns of images or major alterations to the format after initial approval.

4. Submission of Revisions

  • All revisions must be submitted via email.
  • Our team will review the request and implement the changes within 3 business days.

Final Approval

Once you approve the final version of the book after any revisions, the sale is considered complete, and no further changes can be made.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that your book arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us upon receiving your order with photographic evidence. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or reprint at no additional cost, if applicable.
