Meet Martina! She is a bright and cheerful 9-year-old girl who loves ballet. Her favorite color is purple, and she twirls and leaps like a graceful little dancer. Today has been a tough day at practice, but Martina is determined to keep trying her best!

After a long day filled with stumbles and falls, Martina feels a bit discouraged. But she remembers her parents, Lorena and Jordi, cheering her on. They always tell her how proud they are of her hard work and determination, and that makes her smile bright again.

While stretching at the barre, Martina notices something unusual. A hidden door is peeking out from behind a curtain! She is curious and can’t resist. What could be behind that mysterious door? With excitement bubbling inside her, she decides to take a peek.

To her surprise, Martina steps into the Enchanted Ballet Forest! The trees sway gently like they are dancing too. Suddenly, she sees a group of magnificent horses twirling gracefully. They are dancing with such beauty that Martina can hardly believe her eyes!

The dancing horses invite Martina to join them for the Grand Dance Competition! They are friendly and full of energy. They start teaching her their magical ballet moves, and Martina feels a mix of excitement and nervousness. Can she really do this?

As they practice, Martina tries a tricky spin but ends up stumbling and falling! At first, she feels sad, but one wise horse says, ‘Don’t worry! Every great dancer falls. What matters is getting back up! Just keep trying!’ That makes her feel better.

Taking the horse’s advice to heart, Martina stands up, brushes herself off, and tries again. With every move she practices, she begins to feel more confident, shining bright like her favorite color, purple! She’s starting to feel like the star she knows she is.

With the horses cheering for her, she learns that making mistakes is okay. Every stumble is just a part of her journey! Remembering her family’s love and support fills her heart with joy. She feels stronger with each practice. She won’t give up!
Pages 17 – 18
Finally, it’s time for the Grand Dance Competition! Martina stands proudly with the dancing horses. They perform a dazzling show, showcasing all the moves they practiced together. The audience cheers, and because of her hard work, Martina feels like a star!
Pages 19 – 20
As the performance ends, the horses congratulate her. Martina feels proud of herself and takes a deep breath. She realizes she is special, loved, and has grown so much. With gratitude, she thinks, ‘Thank you, Mom and Dad, for believing in me!’
